Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha

The Rixos Hotel in Doha is a luxurious, all-inclusive 5-star property conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The hotel itself is fantastic, with spacious, sea-view rooms that are well-equipped and feature large, comfortable beds and en-suite walk-in waterfall showers. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The doormen were polite and smartly dressed, and the reception team was incredibly helpful, particularly one staff member, Sonia, who consistently ensured everything was in order. The hotel boasts three on-site restaurants: a steakhouse, an Indian restaurant, and a buffet restaurant. The food selection at the buffet was impressive, catering to various tastes, and the all-inclusive package, although somewhat restrictive based on wristband color, offered the added bonus of alcoholic beverages.

The property with all its facilities is really good and comfy. And luxurious in some aspects. Melissa and Maysaa made our stay amazing and strived to make us happy. They certainly become our friends and the main reason why we would choose this resort again. The food was amazing. Lifeguards by the pools were really polite and friendly with kids. Rixy kids club staff were amazing and really caring. They try to engage all kids in the various activities despite the language barrier.

We had a perfect experience at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and truly five-star. A special thank you to Oye, our doorman, who greeted us every day with the warmest smile and kindest attitude — he truly made us feel at home. His genuine care and professionalism stood out and made a lasting impression. We also want to recognize Shakleen, who was incredibly helpful at the pool and beach areas. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and readiness to assist really elevated our stay. Thank you to the entire team at Rixos for creating such a memorable visit. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Excellent - staff (always smiling), we had exceptional service throughout, accommodation (we selected a premium room with balcony and sea view - excellent choice), swimming pool (perfect temperature), selection of food (different theme every night in the main restaurant), Mr. Tailor Steakhouse excellent, Rasa, okay, limited choice, close to the airport - 10/10

Dear Rixos Hotel Team, I’d like to thank you for your excellent hospitality and for always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. When I arrived, I recognized one of the reception staff from a TikTok video and was excited to meet her, but unfortunately, she wasn’t very cooperative. Even though I showed her my flight ticket, she advised me to book three nights, thinking my flight was on Thursday night, while it was actually on Wednesday night. Because of this misunderstanding, I booked extra nights I didn’t need, and when I changed my flight later, the airline removed my baggage allowance — so I had to pay extra for my luggage at the airport. Despite this mix-up, we truly enjoyed our stay. The kids had a great time with all the activities, and the breakfast was large and full of variety. We even decided to extend our stay by an extra day because the hotel atmosphere was so nice. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and a lovely experience for my family. The kids had fun, and we really appreciated the hospitality. Thank you again for making our trip to Qatar memorable — we would love to come back in the future.
